The Song Stevie Wonder Wrote for Jeff Beck In 1972, Stevie Wonder was working with guitarist Jeff Beck. According to Beck, he started playing drums in the studio when Stevie joined in, improvising what became the famous Superstition riff. The song was originally intended for Beck, but Wonder's version was released first and became a huge hit. The remarkable part? Stevie played the drums, Moog bass and iconic Clavinet parts himself. Watch his electrifying 1973 Sesame Street performance. A reminder that great music doesn't need a giant stage. https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Stevie+Wonder+Superstition+Sesame+Street+1973
