Questions about pricing
Do students pay?
Students don't have to. Every student gets lessons and assignments for free. When their teacher has Premium, they also get the Tools page, Jam Room, Charts and uploads. If their teacher doesn't, a student can get Musician Premium on their own and keep their teacher, lessons and assignments.
How does the free trial work?
Your first Premium subscription starts with 14 days free. PayPal charges you on day 15 unless you cancel before then.
What is the musician launch offer?
Musician Premium is 30% off while the launch offer lasts. If you subscribe during the offer, you keep that price for as long as you stay subscribed.
How do I pay?
Through PayPal, with a PayPal account or a credit or debit card. TempoJam never sees your card details.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes, anytime in Plan & billing. After cancelling, Premium stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, and your saved recordings and files stay available.
What about music schools?
Schools get their own separate TempoJam site. Email tempojam123@gmail.com and we'll set it up with you.
